Rochester Road Widening

The purpose of this project is to widen Rochester Road from Torpey to Barclay and Barclay to Trinway.
Construction is funded for the first half of the project, Torpey to Barclay, and is scheduled to begin in 2009. There is currently no construction funding for the second half of the project, Barclay to Trinway; but construction is anticipated to begin in 2012.
Property acquisition is budgeted at $5 million. Preliminary acquisition has begun, and will continue over the next several years.
