Biersdorf & Associates Project # - 3331.001, 3331.002, 3331.003, 3331.005, 3331.006

Condemning Authority - State of Wisconsin

UPDATE: June 19th, 2008- Offers have been made to property owners at I-94 and CR G.   Originally, we had been told that offers were not going to made at this intersection until much later; but due to a spring re-location project, necessary for the interhcange to be reconstructed, property acquisition began much sooner than we anticipated.  We have determined that, in some cases, offers being made at this intersection are NOT representing the properties highest and best use value.  If you have received an offer/appraisal and would like a free consulation/evaluation, please call us at 866.339.7242

UPDATE: OCTOBER 25, 2007 - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has begun appraising properties along the I-94 corridor. Biersdorf & Associates is offering free appraisal evaluations to property owners affected by this project. The best way to ensure you are getting a fair price for your property is to have a professional review your appraisal. Please contact Litzy at 866.339.7242 to find out more about having your apprasail evaluated by Biersdorf & Associates at no cost.

UPDATE: JULY 24, 2007 - An informational public meeting regarding the I-94 Interchange Reconstruction Projects will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, July 30, at the YWCA of Racine located at 740 College Ave. For more information, call 866-339-7242.

Several existing I-94 interchanges have numerous and closely-spaced commercial and residential driveways nearby. Some of these interchanges also use a scissor ramp design that creates conflicts between frontage road traffic and vehicles exiting the freeway.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is proceeding with the design of eleven I-94 interchanges in Racine and Kenosha counties.

Real estate acquisition for these projects began in 2006, with construction scheduled to begin in 2009.

For information about each specific interchange project, call 866-339-7242, or visit the Wisconsin Department of Transportation website at http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/projects/i94interchanges/index.htm
