The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation plans to construct a new, two lane access road into the Williamsport-Lycoming County Airport. The proposed alignment originates at the Warrensville Road interchange, parallels the railroad, and terminates at South Loyalsock Avenue.
Right-of-way acquisition is scheduled to begin in 2007. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2008.
