CSAH 50 - Lakeville

Condemning Authority- State of Minnesota
This project encompasses several things: The State of MN needs to reimburse the City of Lakeville for the County and Cities share of work which was completed several years ago. The work which was done was considered an interim fix. The ultimate fix involves a new bridge at I-35 which MN DOT will need to fund. Funding more than likely will not be available for another 5 years.
Further to the East, CSAH 50 will be in design phase for reconstruction from Jurel/Jubilee to CSAH 60 in 2011.
ROW will slowly be acquired for these projects over the next 5-8 years.
