Condemning Authority- City of Jacksonville
The purpose of this project is to create a Transportation Center in the City of Jacksonville. This project will entail bringing the old Jacksonville Terminal (Prime Osborn) back to its originial use. When complete, the terminal will serve JTA buses, Skyway, Greyhound, Amtrak and potentially commuter rail. It will also include 2,200 parking spaces, 30,000sq of retail, and a transportation office building for JTA.

Property acquisition is budgeted at over $1million and is scheduled to begin in 2009 and complete in 2011. Construction is not yet scheduled. There are six private properties affected by this project.
