Route 104 Widening - Scriba, New York

The purpose of this project is to widen Route 104 from immediately west of Maiden Lane in the town of Scriba to the Catfish Creek Bridge, just east of Route 104B, in the Town of New Haven in order to improve vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle safety.  The existing 10 foot lanes and 4 foot shoulders will be widened to 12 foot lanes and 8 foot shoulders.

Property acquisition is currently underway and appraisal reports should be complete by end of February or early March, 2007.  Construction is scheduled to begin in 2007.
