PRESS RELEASE: An informational public meeting will be held on Thursday, June 3rd at 7pm at the White Oak Barber Shop located at 75 Balsam Road Jacksonville, N.C. 28546. The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NC DOT) is planning on acquiring a sizeable amount of private property in order to widen Piney Green Road from US 17 to NC 24 in Jacksonville, NC. There is widespread concern amongst property owners in the area who are expected to lose either part or all of their property. Biersdorf & Associates is a nationwide eminent domain law firm that only represents property owners.
