Cecil S. Harvell is a native of Morehead City, North Carolina and was admitted to Georgia State Bar in 1983 and later admitted into the North Carolina State Bar in 1987.

Cecil received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1980 and his J.D. from Campbell University in 1983.  His educational accolades include: Omicron Delta Kappa; Case Editor, Campbell Law Observer; and Member, National Moot Court Team.

Cecil practices in the area of eminent domain law, real estate, estate and corporate law.

Cecil is affiliated with the following:
