Property owners are typically surprised and frustrated when contacted by a government agency regarding the use of their property for a redevelopment or transportation improvement project. We often hear from property owners that they were unaware of the project and how it affected their property until the Government began the acquisition process.
In an effort to keep property owners informed of large redevelopment and transportation projects occuring around the county, we have developed a blog that tracks critical information on various projects. Simply select your state and find the project in your area to view current information on the project’s background, timeline, proposed budget, and links to additional information such as DOT contacts and maps.
