We recently spoke to a project manager at the Wi/DOT, who informed us that funding for right of way acquisitions has been secured and that the property appraisal process has already commenced.
Funding has also been put aside for the project, and will be secured before construction begins. The project is scheduled to begin construction in the summer of 2010.
