Condemning Authority: Wisconsin Department of Transportation
We’ve been informed through public information at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation that funding for these projects have been secured, however right of way purchases and construction have been put on hold due to environmental documentation that needs to be gathered.
Right of way purchases could begin as early as August 2009 if the documentation is completed by then.
