Project Description: The following information was provided by the Iowa Department of Transportation.

The Iowa department of transportation is planning to improve mobility through the Council Bluff Metro area by improving and upgrading interstates 80, 29 and 480. Improvements will be made to the conditions of the road in order to help reduce traffic congestion and crashes and to add capacity. This project will be implemented in five segments.
